Toystory is a 1995 American  adventure comedy film produced by Pixar for Walt Disney pictures It was the first feature-length film to be entirely computer-animated, as well as the first feature film from Pixar.
Toystory fits into the structure of 'The morphology of the Folk tale'.This is a basic structure which starts with a villain that creates a problem , in this case 'Sid ' who is the next door neighbour who savagely destroys toys.The second part of this type of structure is that the hero has to face a problem to overcome , taking Toystory into consideration, this fits into the scene of Buzz and Woody attempt to escape the hands of Sid as he plans to blow them up the following day.This structure states that theres a struggle between villain and hero , this is shown from the scene where all of sids toys come to life and help fight against Sid with Buzz and Woody.The structure then states that the villain is exposed , although nothing bad happens to Sid , he is shown to be scared and then stops destroying his toys.Finally, the final part of this structure doesn't fit in as the last part is that the hero will marry the princess , however for this storyline its not a romance.However although they are all reunited , particular characters stick out to fit in with this structure such as , Mr and Mrs Potato head and Woody and Bopeep.
